Supreme Court will put dissident Nguyen Kim Nhan to trial on November 2, 2012

VNHRC: Mrs Nguyen Thi Loc, the wife of dissident Nguyen Kim Nhan, informed to VNHRC that the Supreme Court will take Mr Nhan and other two dissidents on trial on November 2, 2012.

Early, on July 16, the Court of Bac Giang province sentenced Mr Nhan 5 years and half of imprisonment and 3 years under probation; Mr Do Van Hoa, 4 years imprisonment and 3 years under probation; Mr Dinh Van Nhuong, 3 years imprisonment and 3 years under probation. They were charged of conducting inti-state propaganda under article 88 of Penal code.
